Booking Policies
A $39 processing fee is required with each reservation. A deposit of $242.51 is required at the time of booking for bookings under $600, and $442.51 for bookings over $600. Bounced checks will incur a $30 fee. Balance to be paid by check two weeks before arrival or by credit card at time of arrival. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card at check in for any additional charges that may arise (damage, additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges). The cleaning charge is dependent on the number of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to, or at, check-in. The tax rate is 9% and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.

Cancellation Policies
If you cancel your reservation 60 days in advance of your arrival date you will lose $151.51 of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of arrival date, you will lose your entire deposit, either $242.51 or $442.51, depending on the total amount of your reservation fees.

Pets
Since this is a pet-friendly home, when pets are staying with you, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. As an alternative, several local pet kennels are located in town for your convenience.
